How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account, or email us at the address above and we'll take care of it for you.
I found a bug. How do I report it?
Email us with a description of what happened and, if possible, a screenshot. This helps us fix issues faster.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot Password" and follow the instructions sent to your email.
Can I use Climtopia on Android?
Climtopia is currently available on iOS only.
